Stylinzo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Stylinzo. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Stylinzo, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Stylinzo.

SECTION 10 - PURCHASES VIA THE SHOP APP AND THIRD-PARTY CHANNELS

Our products may be offered through the Shop App, Shop Campaigns advertising, and other third-party platforms or storefronts. Regardless of where an ad is displayed or an order is initiated, Stylinzo is the seller of record for its products and is solely responsible for product accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service relating to those products, as well as for collecting and remitting applicable taxes on its sales.

Certain payment methods, delivery options, or checkout configurations available on our website may not apply to purchases made through third-party channels. Applicable shipping, taxes, and fees will be shown at the point of purchase. Your use of the Shop App or any third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and conditions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Stylinzo, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.
